  • Do I have to keep my camera on during class?
    Yes, you’re required to keep your camera on during class. It helps create a better learning environment and allows the tutor to see if you’re following along. Also, make sure you’re in a quiet place with no background noise—it can be really distracting and annoying for everyone if there’s too much noise.
  • Can I work or so other things while in class?
    No, you can’t. Our tutors put a lot of effort into these sessions, and we expect you to focus 100% on the lesson. If you’re not ready to do that, you might want to think about whether this class is right for you.
  • I didn’t have time to do my homework. What should I do?
    We can go over the homework during class, but just know that it might slow down your progress. Homework is important to help you stay on track, so try to make it a priority. Remember, your learning is your responsibility.
  • I don't want any homework anymore. What should I do?
    That’s totally fine! If you prefer not to have homework, just let your tutor know. We’ll work on revising and practicing during class instead, but keep in mind that this might slow down the curriculum a bit.
  • What should I do outside of class?
    Outside of class, it’s important to study and practice on your own. You can use the resources on our website or ask your tutor for extra homework if you want more practice. Students who study outside of class usually learn faster and remember more.
  • What is Consultation for Korean class?
    This is a session for our tutors to learn your learning goals, needs, and expectations from the lesson. With all this information, we can help you achieve your learning goals or as we put it, prepare to speak confidently. You are required to book a consultation with me before booking any other Korean class. Unless this is not your first time with us. *We currently have two tutors: Nicole (니콜쌤) & Kim (구쌤) Choose and Filter Tutors: The platform displays available tutors and their schedules together.   • How to book a consultation session?
    Visit the Consultation Page: Go to LangSnack's consultation section. Select a Consultation: Choose Consultation for Korean class and click "Book Now". Choose and Filter Tutors: The platform displays available tutors and their schedules together. Use filters to narrow down options by availability of each tutor. Select a Time Slot: Click on a suitable time slot from the available options and place your booking. Booking Confirmation: After payment, you will receive an invoice and a confirmation email. Join the Session: Join the session through the Zoom link provided in the confirmation email at the scheduled time.
  • Are there any plans or packages for the Korean class?
    We do offer plans for 1-on-1 Korean classes. 1. 4 hours, 8 hours. 12 hours with recurring payment which means you do not have to recharge your hours in your wallet every month, it will deduct from your card every month, just like a subscription. 2. One-time payment of 4 hours, 8 hours. 12 hours are available for those who wish to recharge their hours every month manually.
  • What will I learn in the group lesson?

  • How long will it take me to become fluent in Korean?
    I receive this question every time a new student books a class, and my answer is always the same: everyone has a different learning pace. Consistency is key. Just because you might excel in one area, like getting first place in a 100m sprint, doesn’t mean you can easily run a marathon. Similarly, excelling in school doesn’t automatically make you good at learning languages. The journey to fluency is unique for everyone.
  • What should I do if I feel stuck or frustrated with my learning?
    It’s normal to hit a plateau or feel frustrated at times. Communicate openly with your tutor so they can adjust the teaching approach, provide extra support, or slow down the pace if needed. Remember, persistence is key.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Please note that we do not offer refunds for any purchased subscriptions or unused credits. We encourage users to utilize their learning credits within the allocated time and offer credit transfers as a flexible alternative.
  • Can I get a refund for the worksheets I bought?
    This is strictly NOT refundable. Please make sure you confirm your order before completing the payment.

  • How to cancel a lesson?
    You can cancel your scheduled lesson here. Or Go to My account > My booking > Cancel According to our cancellation policy, you can reschedule or cancel a lesson for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will be charged for the lesson, in another word, losing credit. Your tutor can reschedule or cancel lessons after the scheduled start time without charging you. You can contact your tutor to discuss late rescheduling or cancellation. Please remember that tutors reserve the right to make the final decision about late rescheduling and cancellation.
  • I would like to reschedule my regular lesson.
    You can reschedule your scheduled lesson here. Or Go to My account > My booking > Reschedule If you have an emergency such as being ill or are unable to attend your lesson due to another difficulty, please contact your tutor or chat with us as soon as possible. You must give us 7 hours ahead of time if you want to reschedule due to personal reasons. In exceptional circumstances, and always at the discretion of your Tutor, we might be able to reschedule your class without you losing the credit for your lesson.
  • I would like to reschedule the Consultation session.
    You can reschedule your scheduled lesson here. Or Go to My account > My booking > Reschedule Rescheduling of the Consultation session is possible ONLY more than 24 hours before the booked time, or you will have to book and pay again to do your consultation session.
  • How to redeem gift cards?
    To redeem the card, the recipient heads over to your site and chooses what they want to purchase. During payment, they select the Redeem a gift card option and enter their unique gift card code.
  • What if the price is more than what the gift card offers?
    If the price of the sale is worth more than the value of the card, you can pay for the remaining cost using regular payment methods.
  • Can I use the gift card on Korean lesson?
    Yes! You can definitely use the gift card on Korean lesson offered by Langsnack. Simply enter the gift card code during checkout to apply the credit. If you have any issues redeeming your gift card, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
  • How do I check my remaining subscription credits?
    Log in and navigate to "My Profile" > "My Subscription" to view your credit balance. A display of 2/4 indicates two unused hour from an 4-hour package.
  • Why can't I book a session with my remaining credit?
    Booking issues usually arise if your subscription has ended. Bookings must be made within the active subscription period.
  • What should I do if my subscription ended but I have unused credits?
    We offer the flexibility to extend your subscription before it expires, allowing you to use any remaining credits for up to 6 months from the original purchase date. Please contact our support team for assistance in extending your subscription.
  • How can I extend my expired subscription to use leftover credits?
    Reach out to our support team via the "Contact Us" page or email us at langsnack.info@gmail.com. Provide your account details, and we'll assist you in extending your subscription.
  • Is there a limit to subscription extensions for unused credits?
    Yes, we can extend your subscription for a maximum of 6 months from the original purchase date to ensure you have ample time to utilize your learning credits.
  • What happens to my unused credits if I don't use them within 6 months?
    To maintain a fair and efficient system, any unused credits will be removed from your account 6 months after the purchase date. We encourage you to plan your learning sessions within this timeframe to fully benefit from your subscription.
  • Can I transfer my unused credits to another user or for another subscription?
    Absolutely! If you're unable to use your credits within the 6-month period, you have the option to transfer them to another user or subscription. Contact our support team for the transfer process.

  • Why can't I book my class when I have credit in my plan?
    Question:I have credits remaining in my plan, but I’m unable to book a class. Why is this happening? If you have credits remaining in your plan but are unable to book a class, this may be due to the expiration date of your subscription plan. Our system restricts bookings beyond the expiration date, even if you still have credits available. How to Resolve: Subscription Expiry: Check the expiration date of your subscription. If your plan is close to or has already expired, you won’t be able to book classes beyond that date, even with remaining credits. Plan Extension: If your plan is about to expire and you still have credits, you can request an extension of your subscription. We can extend your plan to allow you to use your remaining credits and continue booking classes. Contact Support: If you believe this restriction is in error or if you need assistance, please contact our support team, and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.
